Prayer/Praises: (Updated June 2008) PRAISES
1. We praise God
for the blessing of a healthy little boy that Marilyn delivered
on May 12th.
Karsten Elliot was 8# and 22 1/2 inches long. Thank you for
your prayers on our behalf.
2.
We thank God for a successful leadership
seminar that was held on April 28 in the village of Hobor.
There were approximately 15 people who attended the seminar.
Those who attended also received Christian literature and
Scripture booklets' to share with
their congregations.
3.
We thank God for the funds that have been provided to construct
a temporary structure (30' x 50') at the Ayaah congregation. We
hope to have the structure completed in the next several weeks.
4.
We thank God for the Books Abroad organization that has donated
a large volume of books to CFC as well as assisting financially
in the shipment. We are thankful for such generosity that has
been demonstrated by this organization. Books Abroad is located
in Goshen, IN.
Request 1. CFC ministry is in the process of acquiring land to build a headquarters/school/dormitories. Pray that God would give us wisdom for each step in this process.
2. Pray for strength for the students at CFCBI. Pray that God
would grant them good health and that they would meet God
and be changed by the power of His Word. For some there is a
need for financial breakthrough. It is a real challenge to
go to school and at the same time have finances for
transportation, food, and tuition.
3. Pray for the anointing of the Holy Spirit upon the
faculty as they teach the truth which brings freedom.
4. Pray for the five CFC pastors that are pastoring churches
in the rural areas.

One of the greatest challenges that the pastors battle
against in the ministry is the worship of idols and
the practice of witchcraft. Pray against these strongholds
and that the power of God might be demonstrated through the
ministry of these pastors. Pray for physical strength for
them to carry on the work.
5. Pray for the TJ Jenkins family as they make a transition to
a new culture.
